CEC has a long history in cooperation with G.T. International, a local leading firm in the field of hydraulics, since 1993.Both CEC and G.T. International had worked together to implement a project entitled “Kao-Pin & Dong-Gang Creeks Pollution Control Project,” and earned the credit of quality performance from the client. In recent years, together with Chung-Yeh Co., a local firm leading in landscape market, CEC has allied a great hydraulic team to provide the most satisfactory services to our clients.

Since 2005, after Dr. Liang joined CEC, the hydraulic team in CEC has become even stronger. Today, the team has over 20 hydraulic engineers and 5 PEs of soil & water conservation. Both Taipei and Kaohsiung offices have hydraulic departments, led by Dr. Liang, and are fully capable to provide professional services such as water resource management/flood control & drainage engineering and river management. For the past 15 years, CEC has conducted nearly 80 hydraulic related projects with a total contract amount of NT$300 million, which represents 10% of the company’s total turnover.
