Founded in 1988, Capital Engineering Corporation(CEC) was originally named Capital Environmental Engineering Corporation (CEEC). In the early stage, CEC, as a professional environmental engineering firm, provided key services of environmental survey, EIA and environmental engineering turn-key projects. Since 1993, to meet with government policies and market needs, CEC has recruited fresh blood and established hydraulics and land development departments in the company This new business direction led CEC move to the markets of river management and industrial park development, and, as a result, promoted CEC become a comprehensive engineering consulting firm. In1994,CEC has officially changed the name as “Capital Engineering Corporation.”
Today, with a capital investment of NT$66 million and over 100 employees in Taipei and Kaohsiung offices, CEC has reached an annual turnover around NT$300 million. These two offices, located in Taipei and Kaohsiung cities, are led by GM W.Y. Cheng and Executive Vice GM H.M. Liu, respectively, and provide the most professional and prompt environmental services.
